Xfce 运行于 [[http://distrowatch.com/search.php?desktop=Xfce|80 多个 UNIX-like 发行版]]. Below is a short list of the distributions that use Xfce as their primary, default Desktop Environment(DE) as well as their minimum system requirements for installation.

Xubuntu 是一个社区开发的，基于Ubuntu的Linux操作系统。它的最低要求是：
  * CPU: 500Mhz+
  * 内存: 256MiB+  （Desktop/LiveCD版） - 推荐 512MiB 
  * 磁盘空间: 5GB
  * 显卡和分辨率为800x600显示器

Kwort 是一个基于 slackware 的操作系统，亮点是 Xfce4 桌面，带有 Kwort 自己的网络管理器和 kpkg 软件包管理器。其最小系统需求为:
  * CPU: PC i686 或以上。
  * 内存：16 M 用于基本系统(最少)。32 M 用于桌面(最少)，推荐 64Mb。
  * 磁盘空间：200 M 用于基本系统，1.5 G 用于完整的桌面(包含 Openoffice 2.0)
