Xfce runs on over 90 UNIX-like distributions. Below is a short list of the distributions that use Xfce as their primary, default Desktop Environment (DE) as well as their minimum system requirements for installation.
Xubuntu
Xubuntu is a community‑developed, Ubuntu‑based Linux operating system. Its minimum requirements are:
CPU: 1.0Ghz+ (needs to support PAE)
RAM: 512MiB+ for Desktop/LiveCD
Hard drive space: 7.5GB
Graphics card and monitor capable of 800×600 resolution
Kwort
Kwort is a slackware-based operating system featuring the Xfce4 desktop with Kwort's own Network Manager and kpkg package manager. Its minimum requirements are:
CPU: Processor x86_64
RAM: 512
MB (for the installation only. Once installed you only require 128mb of RAM)
Disk Space: 1.4GB
MX Linux
MX Linux is a cooperative venture between the antiX and former MEPIS communities. It is a midweight OS based on a Debian Stable base and drawing from the core antiX system. Its minimum requirements are:
A CD/DVD drive (and BIOS capable of booting from that drive), or a live USB (and BIOS capable of booting from USB)
A modern i686 Intel or AMD processor

openSUSE
openSUSE is a stable, easy to use and complete multi-purpose Linux distribution. It is aimed towards users and developers working on the desktop or server. Therefore it offers Xfce besides other desktop environments. openSUSE is available as fixed release (“Leap”) or as rolling release (“Tumbleweed”).
It's minimum requirements are:
Pentium 4 1.6
GHz or higher processor (Pentium 4 2.4
GHz or higher or any AMD64 or Intel64 processor recommended)
Main memory: 1

GB recommended)

GB available disk space for a minimal install, 5
