 The tips were heavily outdated and the dialog looked ugly. We've discussed this a bit and came to the conclusing that probably nobody reads the tips so unless we get complains the code will be [[http://git.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-session/commit/?id=64bc14b65c1253ca041d645dba03715e5a27a36f|removed]]. The tips were heavily outdated and the dialog looked ugly.
