User here, only to say that this sounds like a fine idea. One of the things I've found challenging is changing the theme. I need to open a few different applications to change the window border, gtk theme, fonts and icons. Having these under one heading like “Theme” or what-have-you, would seem to make sense. Working towards this seems like a good idea, and I hope it is a succesfull one. - oOarthurOo
